Take your point Shad but I'd imagine there's got to be a fair few kids who'll want to go and it will be hard as a parent to knock them back .

Just to highlight why I'm more a Rugby League fan these days and shows up football for what it is today .
My club Wakefield Trinity host Whitehaven on Sunday who are having some serious financial issues at the moment , they could go under .
Trinity have reduced ALL tickets to £10 and the entire proceeds from Sunday's game are to be given to the Cumbrian team .
That's the Rugby League family looking after each other and supporting them .
City and United watched Bury 7 miles down the road go out of business 5 years ago for £500k , about two weeks wages for Marcus Rashford .
It reminds me Animal, of when the late 80s and early 90s end of season Top Eight Premiership Play Offs were around (or whatever they were officially called).
And the Final was always at Old Trafford. R.L it seems, will always have a connection with that stadium, including the England/Gt Britain Intls.
Only £30 at Arsenal for Wanderers fans going down there which is pretty good I think. If anyone is going down to Old Trafford and parking near Salford Quays just make sure you don’t venture across the road into Ordsall one of the worst no go areas in Manchester!! ☹️
Is it not £30 max for any away fans for a premier league fixture ? which if so makes it more unacceptable what they are charging us , its an utter disgrace and once again I would hope our fans boycott the game , I know they wont but I do know that the following will be nowhere near what it would have been if they had kept it to the usual reductions for early round league cup matches.
Agreed.
Nowt personal to any Reds fan choosing to venture over the moors on 17th but tha wants thi eeard testing fo paying that.
The £30 cap on premier league away fans is brought in for a reason. The greedy barstewards at Old Trafford are blatantly taking the pyss.
Its the same at Villa Park toneet, £91 for a ticket in the Champions League!
Animals reight. The gesture from Trin to Whitehaven is what sport should be about. The lack of morality in football is absolutely shameful.
You come in on Chester Road and leave the motorway signposted Salford / Stretford .
Once you park up this places you at the Stretford End of the stadium .
The advantage coming off at that junction is that you avoid Salford Quays which whilst placing you at the away end side of the ground is more difficult to park in my opinion and the congestion after the game is worse .
Once the traffic starts to move after the game it's a quicker route back on to the motorway or at least quicker than if you park at the Quays side .
I used to go regularly to Old Trafford in the 90's , three lads in our local were all ST holders but one of em couldn't make midweek games if he was on afters or nights so I had his ticket so I know the area very well .
MUFC
Makes U Flipping Cry.
Greedy Barstewards.
As said above BOYCOTT THIS GAME. I am.
