Ok, so he's not another Sniffer, but, if you look back at the goals scored recently, by ANY Leeds player, they have been by far the exception to the rule when it comes to an opportunity converted to a goal, i.e we are pathetic at providing delivery into the box for a striker to exploit. The goals scored recently, such as the one by Piroe, account for the square root of next to f00k all when it comes to delivery into the 18-yd box. Why? Because for whatever reason, Farke (and those who coach other teams in this league and others), seem to want their players to walk the ball over the goal line, instead of demanding of their wide players that they deliver into the box so they can be pounced on when the opportunity arises. Results of the kind we saw when Gnonto made such a wildly irresponsible play speak for themselves, and if Farke and others want examples of what is required to give Joseph (and others) the opportunity to score, they should watch a bit of Match of the Day, it's NOT rocket science.Quote:
