Watching Mr McMahon on netflix......the wrestling owner/ promoter.

I know it's a country full of ****wits but Jesus what a promoter of his business.....

There's a couple of episodes where the other wrestling federation is taking their stars and trouncing them in the ratings......he moves his audience from under 18s to 18 to 30 males with a few tweaks......we encourage the very young and very auld and don't encourage the right demographic.

Got me thinking about the promotion of Scottish football which is also a pre determined entertainment ( ie Celtic will win everything ) and thinking has there been a bigger disaster in world sport than Neil Doncaster......brings nothing to the party bar same old.

No a wrestling fan at all but the guy McMahon is fascinating.

With all the yanks involved in our game now you'd think they wouldn't tolerate him....but they do

Scottish football seems with the odd exception to be in it's death rattle phase.

Maybe I'm talking ****e but it seems to be under pressure from every area.

Our climate doesnae help and moving the season a few months earlier may help a bit similar to rugby league......but TV stick fitba seems to be winning at the moment.

There's still an interest for me and I'll tune in to Hamilton v Falkirk tonight but there's so much wrong with our game it needs a complete overhaul.....won't happen and the death rattle will only grow louder

I was sitting beside a Norwich City season ticket holder who was on holiday in Broughty Ferry at the Dundee v Dumbarton League Cup match in July 2023.

Exactly, the man is an incompetent c@nt and should have been sacked years ago, said it before and I'll say it again...the man is a wage thief.

Why is there not some form of appraisal? Is he safe as long as the OF can make deals to suit themselves.
