It was a great goal, and should have been the goal of the season. I believe that was given Aston Villa..

As well as the classic Mair goal, we did score from an 11 pass move live on TV under Mick Walker, v Oxford 28th November 1993, starting with Cherry's long clearance, came back into defence and then going forward it was mostly created down the middle of the pitch with a low chipped through ball by Lund for Agana of all people to finish on the half-volley, a very rare goal for him.
Other than our fans (and the Doncaster supporters who were there), few will get to see it in context sadly, but then you'd have to wonder how many goals are scored in a similar fashion these days outside the PL that only get shown as an edit of the last few passes on TV.

Look no further than the EFL highlights shown at the weekend…they cut half of the move out of the highlights starting with the Matty Palmer pass!
I'm sure we scored a goal after a ridiculous number of passes in the NL under Williams, but it was probably less exciting and incisive than the one against Donny. More like 30 passes around the back three and Palmer, then a through ball and goal.
Speaking of Jatta, I see Wrexham fans are hoping they'll make a bid for him in Jan. I expect it's inevitable that we'll receive offers. I'd tie him down to a longer deal ASAP.
Here's what Daniel Storey - chief football writer at the i newspaper (and a redneck unfortunately) - thought of Jatta's goal:
