The dude is either crocked or depressed.
Get shut.
He improves the more he plays and deserves more time. I agree with Ballcock, nothing jammy about that assist. It was a very deliberate
pass.
I hope I'm not being unfair in my comments about him, but I keep keep waiting for signs that he could become a valuable asset for us, and I'm not seeing them, it's just same old, same old from him.
From the kick off at Plymouth we were defending our right side, the ball broke to Foster just outside our penalty area, Pires started sprinting upfield on the left, he had acres of space in front of him, a quick break was on. Foster had an easy 10/12 yard pass to send him away down our left, he glanced to his left and then decided not to play the simple pass to Pires, but to chug upfield himself, two Plymouth players immediately closed him down and dispossessed him. I looked at the clock at the top of the screen, 38 seconds into the game and he'd already turned the ball over when an easy pass was on. Less than 40 seconds gone and I was already getting a bo!!ocking from Mrs S for swearing.
He might be able to get fitter but you can't alter what's between his ears, and that's where his problem is imo.
No footballing brain. Very little talent. Misses home. Offers us little and to make things worse it looks like we will miss out on Whittaker for a few measly quid.
I thought our recruitment issues were a thing of the past. Wrong again.
