Oh, I agree with what you're saying, lads, especially in terms of Chelsea not deserving it because of the cheat code they have under PSR.
As much as anything, I think I'm trying to take little chunks out of the bitter pill that awaits if we don't make it so that it's easier to swallow. Obviously, the Cup win makes it that much more palatable but...old habits die hard, I guess.

It's up to the players. No one is gonna come at us like Villa did. None of the other teams we face, bar Arsenal I guess, are in that sort of form.

If Man City beat Villa and we beat Ipswich saturday i think the gap will be too much for them to make up the only concern then would be chelsea fluking more lucky wins and sneaking in instead of us.

We need Man City to win tonight, don't we. A draw drops us to 5th as does a win for either team so Villa not overtaking us is more important than staying ahead of Man City, imo.
