I agree Pass especially as the analytical approach to recruitment in recent times has failed miserably .

I would throw the whole lot of the analytical team out, and let proper football people do their job.
Sormaz is a numbers geek. Brought in from people like Red Bull and 365? 6 months at HTFC gets him this gig?.
The photo of him and Conor shaking hands says it all . Cant look each other in the eye?..

It is what he doesn"t say what is the problem , because he feeds out constant lip service and you choose to believe it does not mean anything , that is your choice but as I have mentioned before Nudger there is no Santa or Tooth Fairy , not everything you are told turns out to be the gospel truth, I tend to look at the squad, the team , the HC and the man who is responsible for assembling all these parts and judge as the season unfolds, and currently after his latest fiasco of the january window I can only conclude that football wise he hasn"t got a clue and whilst ever he is at the helm along with the incompetent owners we are only going one way and that is down the toilet , my only glimmer of hope is the influence of Conor , he has shown in the few weeks he has been in charge that he wants change both on and off the pitch , lets hope his influence does the trick , we shall see.
