There are two immediate things that I can do, in advance of any move to a new board, were that to happen.

1. In advance of such a decision and to stop you having any future problems with cookies on here I could terminate your account. Problem solved.

2. Less radically I can, and therefore do, insist that on every visit to this board, and to any future board(s) for which I may be wholly our partly responsible, you refuse cookies. That is on EVERY visit. No excuses will be accepted. If you call foul or claim error then I revert to 1.

Choose.

All you have to do is the same as everyone responsible for a messageboard, follow the law. That is not cos I want you to, its that you have to thats how laws work. And if the law is broken the potential consequeneeces fall on the law breaker not the person poiting it out. I am trying to help you not have those conseqences on you
The law allows me to chose if I want cookies or not and to change my mind at any time and I reserve that right.
You can ofcourse ban me but if you did so because I was asking for my legal rights then im not sure what message that would send to any new potential members.
But I do not want to be banned and I am just trying to help (and protect my rights not to be tracked by cookies)

Griff i think you are failing to understand that whilst you can set up your own website rules they still have to follow the law of the UK.

The rules you have come up with above are not fully complianet with UK law

I think what you are failing to understand sonicboom is that you was sussed out as a troll years ago so you have become boring and predictable now,isnt it around this time that you go off in a massive sulk and start throwing new threads here there and everything along the lines of Griff Out so that you can get clipped,I can only come to the conclusion that you eventually do this because it becomes clear even to you that your posts are unbelievabley tedious and need to come back under a new username

Anyway. Can consent be withdrawn?
