Season ticket cards

Wouldn't it be nice if they took a leaf out of the Government's book on this and u turned? I agree with the idea of just reactivating last year's physical card. No cost and no hassle to anyone

I seem to remember a couple of years ago we were told to retain the physical season card at the end of one season because it would be updated for use in the following season.
This seemed to work reasonably well but I think the policy changed when Ticketmaster were brought in to manage ticketing and since then there seems to have been one problem after another.
Unfortunately this is just one of a number of areas at the club that are not up to standard.

Further email from the club today. A repeat of the original, with the following added:

"We are aware of supporters experiencing issues with accessing the above link.
Please note that supporters need to be logged in to their ticketing account prior to clicking the link."

Helpful, but even more helpful if the link took me to an option to request physical tickets, which it doesn't. Nor does that option seem to be available on any of my account sections.

Once again, absolutely playing at it. If I didn't know better, I'd suggest this looks a bit like a business being run by stubborn old men, out of touch with the world, refusing to employ/listen to younger generations who are tech savvy and can drive them forward.

I sense fun and games at first home game. Best to get there early.

Yep, still doesn't work, exactly the same as yesterday. An absolute shambles.

Gone are the days when they use to say, 'Keep your old ST, we'll just update it and you can keep on using the old one'.

Last season's ST was clearly shown as ST 2024/25 so, in essence they do have to make the new one showing 2025/26 and as always there is a cost for everything, nothing is free these days apart from fresh air.

Nothing is free but it should have been factored into the price of the season ticket from the start . Just another shambles from behind the scenes at the club.

Yes same here, link not working and the phones rammed - just spent half an hour moving 2 places up the queue ! so I've sent them a message off the website saying I want physical cards and we'll see what happens

The club has shot itself in the foot, a few thousand £1.50's is peanuts in the scheme of club costs and players wages, it doesnt reward the loyal/daft fans who have renewed and must be taking up staff time and blocking phone lines up from selling new kit etc as well as pssing everyone off ! - very poor by the club

Mate has just been down saying it's mayhem in the club shop with one bloke having a right rage at the staff behind the counter, out of order I say, they don't and haven't created the rules on this, so show the staff some respect.

He went on to say it was proper chaos down there. Where's the guy from the security desk in the main reception when he's needed?

Does anyone know Paul Douglas's email? We should leave him in no doubt what we think of this omnishambles.
