The desire to kick out anyone is only in the imagination - unless you can point me to anyone's stated policy. I appreciate that this helps keeps the desired nasty/racist/xenophobe theme going in an attempt to avoid discussing the issue though. The left can smell Tory blood - I get that - but making things up is hardly helpful.
As for 'keeping people out' - controlling immigration is a form of that if you want to be hysterical. I believe free movement of labour, rather than of people, would have seen a totally different outcome in the referendum.
As for TM - she is in a negotiating position and is no better/worse than her EU counterparts and their silence on Brits abroad. Of course, she did offer to put people's rights on the table shortly after the referendum, but the EU negotiators decided that sorting out the cash was more important. And it still is, cash first, lives and livelihoods afterwards. But I believe those already here should (and will) stay.
