I'm more worried about what I have paid my money to watch. Could see the thoughts at least with what Mellon was trying to build. If Hughes is appointed then I will have no pleasure in watching. A number of the others touted that don't spark any interest either.
Depends what his contract terms were.....some are suggesting it was a rolling 1 year deal or that there was break clauses. It might mean no pay off.
He deserves one though and although his football was awful for the season he got the results required and was a gent throughout.
I can only assume that the 'amicable' report means that both parties are satisfied with the outcome, financially and otherwise, which would suggest the club isn't getting skinned on a pay-off and Mickey isn't hindered in finding another job.
