I'm over in America at the minute, getting married in 3 days time and I have been trying to sneak off to check in on the score.... as disappointing as it is to go out I think if we scraped through it would of been detrimental to the club as SM would be kept on and the utter dross at the club would probably have stayed... we missed a huge opportunity to go up but our form in the last 2 months is pure relegation stuff and if the bro's trust this man to assemble another squad for promotion they are barking up the wrong tree...well done to Wimbledon but they didn't have to do a whole lot to do to get through.. I'm sorry Notts I love you but that performance was a complete and utter embarrassment to this famous old club... 😔
A nothing question in response to nihilistic point seems appropriate.
Irish has summed up a concern I've expressed that the need for promotion this season is that, if we carry on in this vein we could well be back in the NL after next season such is the rancid state of our recent form. We have to have a good close season and we have to get a capable manager in.
"Next season will be another season in League Two for Notts County"
Not what I want to hear right now, I'm depressed enough.
You do understand I didn't mean actual physical safety, right? Have a good evening clapping and nodding.
