I had a chuckle the other day when the BBC decided to expose another right wing myth put about by locals in a town who were claiming that their GPs were giving disproportionate attention to immigrants. "Absolutely not" stated a very nice lady GP before continuing that "Of course, because of the language difficulties, we have to give them double appointments, 20 minutes rather than 10, and inevitably it means some people can't get appointments when they want." So, no disproportionate attention there then and no impact on these whinging white racist locals.
I saw the interview with Corbyn. He said that he had never met with the IRA but had met with Sinn Fein. I guess you could argue that Sinn Fein are the IRA 'political wing' but Corbyn was drawing a distinction between the two. The political wing of the IRA were obviously those who eventually with the labour government of the time (rare credit to Blair from me here!) eventually reached a political agreement that stopped the killing of our people in the bomb attacks.
The previous way of working, positioning the army in Ireland etc, clearly wasn't working. Surely it is better to negotiate and bring about peace? Isn't it, or am I going mad?!
Why would I be an IRA supporter? Oh, I see. Celticmiller. Obviously as a Bhoys fan I must support Irish nationalist terrorism. I see your logic. In the same way that all Muslims support Islamic fundamentalist terrorism. And for the record, I don't need relationship advice.
If you're catholic you must also be a supporter of the IRA....according to the blinkered ones.....
I think the nutty one is the one who can swing his political views from far left to far right in an instant Monty...from ANL to EDL, SWP to BNP...seems a sort of unbalanced human being to me....to be fair you could swing back again...who knows....I'm sure there must be some sort of treatment for it...good luck with it....
(You must be a nightmare when your lass asks what you want for tea...erm...a curry ...oh no I dont like Asian stuff: I'm racist....fish and chips erm no...I'm a green: the seas are overfished...erm a salad...oh I'm not vegetarian anymore....)
