Pick 5 Winners Competition 2019/20 Season Table and Chat

I appreciate many will say this is a fake title, lacking integrity, that I've won the lottery or been lucky to sit on top of the league for 8 months, and I would have preferred the season to have been played out on the laptop but hopefully we can all return next season... if Brin and Frog ever manage to sort out the rules! Seriously, thanks for all your hard work, fellas!

Apologies, I forgot to post this last week.
you've just got to laugh when you see the scoring below. No less than eight yes eight of us failed to score a single point. That must be an all time record from one set of fixtures.

It appears that LeedsMiller is abstaining from this mini competition. He is after all this season's champion so, probably giving us all a chance to scrap over this one. Nobody got a perfect 5/5 so no big points grabbed. Roly was the only one to correctly say there would be a total of 26 goals scored so he grabs the bonus point. He also heads the table having predicted two correct scores so well done Roly.

Like I said, it's only a mini league so make the most of it and, watch out for midweek fixtures being posted as there will be some played.

Okay, a few more points gained this weekend but no 15 point winner. Hard luck to CAM as he bagged 4/5. The goal bonus goes to CTMilller as he correctly stated 30 goals would be scored in total. Roly is now challenged by the Froglet from across the channel as they both head the table on 5 points. A mini league it may be but, it is all to play for all the same.

Well now the results are in and the pigs were soundly beaten here's how it all now pans out. Froglet bagged the bonus point for saying 23 goals in total would be scored. Highest scorer was Ackworth with 4/5, well done. Therefore, no big 10 or 15 point winners again!

3 of you now lead the table, Ackworth, Frog and Roly. I'm finding it hard to get going but at least I have Cayton and Grist for company XD.

That was a close call with several of us being let down by Boro. Again no 5/5 or 10 point winners. We do seem to be having a run on the goal bonus though with CTMilller bagging another bonus point, along with Grist as they predicted 31 goals would be scored in total, hard luck CAM :P

Roly has now topped the table again out there on his own but by only 1 point, can this last Roly? Well done so far. We have two new wooden spoon holders for this weekend and they are Cayton and Millertop. Nowt in it lads and I'm sure you'll pull it back soon.

The results are in......and there is to be an immediate Steward's enquiry into match fixing as yet again for the 3rd consecutive post, CTMilller
predicted there would be exactly 32 goals scored so, again he grabs the elusive bonus point....Mmmmmm :confused: The award stands for now CT but watch yourself! Only joking pal and an excellent scoop of the extra point makes you the only person to score 5 points this time around and it shoots you up to = 2nd. Three others scored 4 points, Bramley, Casper and myself with Cardiff being the let down team, and for many who predicted them.

Well no 15 pointers so Roly hangs on yet again to 'top dog' spot but only just by the smallest of margins. It is a small few weeks to play out so this is anyone's to grab. There is also no change at the bottom of the table. Good luck everyone.
