Not a good idea. Any PM needs some sort of mandate from the voting public to be taken seriously, which Truss never had. She is the Notts version of Jamie Fullarton - she got the job on a glossy presentation to a minuscule audience despite being hopelessly incompetent and unpopular with the vast majority.
