Agree with this. Grimsby are showing how a newly related club can operate with a decent manager.

Regarding point 5, I totally agree. People on here speak like the Reedz are the first people to think of signing young players, developing them and selling them for profit! I'm pretty sure most clubs in the lower leagues hope to do that! Go and ask Barry Fry about it... he's been doing it for 20 years. It's hardly ground breaking stuff.

I am yet to see any evidence that our current transfer panel are any better at it than the other clubs in our league.

Exactly, better to start late than never.

Along with the embarrassing lack of stability and revolving managers door the biggest criticism above all others of my beloved club is the transfer policy for the last 25 years has been truly awful.

How many times have we brought a player and made a significant profit by selling them like Posh and others have done so regularly?
