Only by practice the good things stick….they’ve been doing the wrong ones. That’s probably why tonight ran dry after 70. Not enough of the right practices.

Another loss but that's about the best we've played under Richardson up to 65 minutes since he took over. At last he was brave enough to go head to head playing two up front, and about time too! As for those that doubted us playing two up front, what's your thoughts now? Did we get thrashed 5-0, 6-0?
Hull have excellent wingers but Revan and Kioso were exemplary tonight. That was Revan's best game by far for us and he wasn't letting up on any attacks. Kioso's heading ability his phenomenal! He gets some right power behind them. Thoroughly enjoyed watching these two put 100% effort in.
Viktor, Viktor, Viktor, how you are still with us is a total mystery? My god man, you should be playing for a far better club and dare I say it, in the Premiership. Some of his saves tonight were absolutely outstanding and the one from Billy Sharp was probably the best. Lightening reactions to what looked a certain goal. Credit where it's due a solid 10/10.
Make your mind up about the rest but I see Wyke solely as a league 1 player and maybe that's what Richardson is looking for next season. Hopefully, and I'd get on my knees and pray if it would help, but get that clown Eaves away from this club. I don't know how they'll manage it but I couldn't stomach another season knowing he's on the bench waiting to come on. His effort tonight was appalling! Foul, foul, foul that's all he could do, get rid of him.
Agree with ibs, how dare they leave Nombe on when he was clearly limping for the last 15 or so? If that was just to teach Hugill a lesson then it may well prove to be a very costly one looking at the distressed state Nombe was in at full time.
Overall, I'm now use to see us losing nearly all our games but, I was impressed with the effort our lads put in tonight up to their first goal going in. We're down but we've been here before and we'll reassemble and rise again. One final note, welcome back Cameron Humphreys-Grant, looked as solid as ever and the way he carried the ball out of defence to the halfway line time and again is something we have deeply missed.
Message to Basil. Chin up lad you had a very good game tonight and you looked to be back at your best. You won't be the last player to gift a team a goal with a mistake but I bet you won't do it again.
Everyone knew it was coming, but, how it happened was poor......
Eaves..???? what on earth did our recruitment team see in him, cos he was cheap?? If Warne saw something then sell him to Derby in the summer. He's so slow in the mind and in his legs.
Nombe....£1M........really??? We should have had a 30 day return on him.....
Wyke......did he ever touch the ball in there half and cause panic??.....i'll judge him in L1.....
Hugill.....if he stays on his feet in L1, he should do well, but, get rid in the summer if we can......
What happens to the rest of the team and loanee's is anyone's guess.
They are fearing the worse in the lounge for next season, they're giving us the chance to re-sign up for 3 yrs......i'll look in the envelope tomz.....hahaha
I am amazed nobody has mentioned the officials, absolutely shocking. Nombe was kicked and fouled constantly he got no protection. I agree leaving him on was stupid. Well done lee peltier he was a rock shame he is 37 not 32. Kioso and tevan excellent, Ollie works hard but what an error, bot also he lacks vision, at least three times he had a chance to play a through ball and didn't see it or bottled it.humphreys and victor are too good for us and both won't be here next season. The injury to Christ will hurt us his play in midfield engine room is one of the highlights of an awful season. We had a go but were outclassed again, they had width, pace and a calmness on the ball we just don't have. We deserved a point really but at the moment t I can't see us winning another game this season and we will be a record breaker at the end of the season, unfortunately it will be our own lowest points in the championship. I can see some of what people are saying about LR but I think he has to be judged next season not this we can't sack another manager this season.
I went expecting nothing and wasn't disappointed! In fact I was pleased at the performance the lads put in against a technically gifted and very expensively procured outfit. We could have been 4-3 up at half time but for some wonderful goalkeeping from both keepers. Victor made two saves in the first half which would have been the highlights of most keepers throughout their entire careers!
Ultimately, a dreadful error cost us and I feel sorry for Ollie who had looked back near his best. Nombe added some much needed mobility up front but Wyke looked less than fit. I had no difficulties with LR's game management until late on when Hugill should have replaced Nombe and Eaves should have replaced me - he is not a footballer!
Lots of empty seats again as the Rotherham public show a lack of spirit and support when things get tough. Don't worry though, they'll be back for the next trip to Wembley!
Can't blame Rathbone. Recruitment 3 we've brought in January add nothing. Forwards Wyke Eaves write them off straight away. Going to be a bitter pill to swollen rest of the season.
