Agree. We've got to want him to succeed as he is a young, british coach who (mostly) tries to play attractive football.

i dont agree,what about his team yesterday,walker and lennon were playing where? townsend was going to win the world cup for england,now he cant get on the pitch,and now defoe is gone to a better team,i say bring back gomes.:) and every time i see sherwood after a game i think he is going to cry.
