At last some "football" news concerning the Alex

I must admit I am really pleased that Ness will be playing for The Alex until the end of the season. I must admit I was thinking that he wouldn't having gained fitness and form I did imagine he would have looked to play at a higher level, but like I've said before I think it's great that The Alex can attract players of the calibre of the 4 lads signed recently

Have to admit, when he first came, I really wondered what the club had done, but am quite happy to be proved wrong and getting him here until the end of the season is a big plus.

Ajose signed until the end of the season :O :D

and now Ajose has joined until the end of the season! Fantastic news.

I've been quite critical of him sometimes this season but gotta say:

THE GAFFER DONE BRILL!

Was expecting maybe a month's extension for Ajose, not until end of season so we now have real stability with all loanees except Uche signed up until the end of the season - and the added bonus that all of them are already integrated into the squad.

This has been a huge week for us, and I hope it will be enough to see us survive.

It is a very strong squad, now, but a ridiculously large one, perhaps 10 too many in total. The wage bill must be astronomic. The problem is those who have been permanently signed that are obviously not up to scatch.

Excellent news about Ajose. He is a class player and has proved that beyond doubt since his arrival. On top of that, the lad reckons he can get better. As for Ness. I am pleased that he has returned, although I do hope that he can emulate the form he showed in the games prior to the Preston
