Amazing. A 108 year championship drought banished...and the goat it rode in on. ;) Fireworks around the neighborhood last night, though it must have been midnight when the game finished. Wonder what celebrations they are planning downtown for the weekend?
I wasn't really believing they would pull it off, right down to the last out. When they blew their early lead to go into extra innings, I was pretty sure they were done for.
Good Cleveland team. Tough luck for their fans. They'll be in the mix next season.
