Because you came into power saying that you were a West Brom fan and were born in West Bromwich there maybe a reasonable expectation that he reinvests the profits his cash cow generates on its infrastructure and playing staff.

If you put in the Google search companies house beta then search for West Bromwich Albion football club limited in the companies house website you will get options to look at everything that companies house have had filed with them.
Click on accounts and then look at the accounts made upto 2016 ( peace's last year) and look at the bottom of page 2 and read it and weep, that we let such a greedy c??? Into our club, because when he took this 27m he knew he was getting 180-200m from Lai and then managed to get another 1m as a consultant under Lai.
