You can't do that without seeing the wider picture and things put into context otherwise you don't get to the real truth of the matter gkotw. An incomplete picture of owt is misleading. What perameters should you use in discussions? Who decides where a discussion goes over a boundary? What right have they to say sorry I don't want us to talk about that any more? Why would they say that? Are they scared something might be revealed which they dont want to be revealed? I could go on...surely its a form of censorship if you are not willing for a discussion to be fully discussed. It would make no sense to talk about tory councillor expenses on a seperate thread because the issue involves all political partys.The argument is one and the same and shouldn't be seperated. To infer that only labour councillors do this by shutting off any arguments that other councillors do it is painting an incorrect picture of reality for any readers on here.
