When Allessandra was at Hartlepool he tended to play in the middle and they played through him which made him look a decent player and their fans loved him. Seems to be a trait with Notts, Forte was played out of position when stuck out on the left wing and I think Grant could be more involved if he was played more central just behind the strikers-imo.
