How Gauthier Ganaye is impressing at Barnsley

Personally I think it's great what he did for that lad and thinking "outside the box" with the tampons.
However I am seriously worried because when the PR starts up like this it is usually to mask something bad that is coming?

So today Goat is the best thing since sliced bread and everyone should worship his existence.

After deadline time on Friday and Moore and Lindsay have gone on to pastures new and we have got Billy Muggins and Johnny Doggings from Dover and Maidenhead as replacements, we will be told the deals were good for the club, we retain an interest in both and please remeber what a fantastic bloke Goat is so please renew your season tickets early next year!!!

The feminists/ wimmin groups ev latched onto the tampons in the sh1toyles bit and, fair enough. Luv the "outside the box" bit, mooar "inside the box".

But, come on, this PR stuff to mek Goat the best thing since sliced bread is a bit ovva the top. That's why I am mekkin fun of it. If it offends some then I apologise to them. (No I don't:P )

Not sure it is self PR, it was Chris who decided to go public with the private letter and it became national news really quick. The column written above was done by a national newspaper about how it went viral and not sure that GG knew it was being written reading his reply to it

It was picked up by the Daily Mail forra story.

A friend of mine works in sports journalism and is fully aware of the carry on inside that industry, hence my cynicism abart PR Releases and media stories. Goat will have been fully aware wot was gooin on and how it wud develop.

Did you all see this story was mentioned very positively on the Ch4 show The Last leg, and Toby Tyke himself made an appearance. I don't think it was the real Toby though, otherwise he would have caused some real doggy style mischief in front of the audience and cameras. :D
