Unfortunately AH 's decision to imply to the unsuccessful 5 who didn't warrant a second interview that one or more of them is "bloody awful" can only have a negative impact on him and by association the club. How much better it would have been to have thanked them for their interest and left it at that. Respect is hard gained but easily lost.
