The players out on the park have to solve problems collectively and take responsibility .
They can't just expect the Stendel and Winkler to do it for them all the time .
The home games seem to be the most problematic , Wimbledon , Walsall , Plymouth have come away with a point because we didn't as a group overcome the issues they asked of us .
Not having won a game all season , going a goal down early doors Plymouth got back in to the game because Carey never shut the feck up urging them on , he took responsibility , demanded the ball , never hid and improved the performance levels in the Plymouth team , he was inspirational .
When things aren't going your way you need a few big characters who can play through difficult spells and emerge with the points .
The team at home looks lost when it gets difficult and nobody seems to be able to be the go to man .
What the chuff are you on?

Av watched highlights today and Ryan Hedges just let the scorer just run across him unchallenged , not a left back the lad , he did reasonably well second half too, Plymouth were fairly decent I thought ? They had some really good chances , i said last week about keeping Carey quiet , we didn't and he run the game for most part , I wish he was with us , Top Player , think he's about 27 yrs old , so the age criteria wouldn't be acceptable ???? It would for me though , that's a real bug bear with me, :mad:
