Anyway, its now 02-04 and the accounts for all DCFC related entities are now overdue - they probably have all sought the 3 month extension, so dont hold your breath. Having said that, they were all filed 05-04 last year, so maybe its just a natural lag: I know companies house are rather bust right now
Told ya.... now delayed until 30-06-2020. Curious, they had 8.5 months to get them ready but then in the last couple of weeks, when they should have all been done and dusted, COVID stepped in to give them another 3 months. Or is there a going concern issue to resolve now?
The bean counters couldn't get enough beans from Tesco. Doubt there's any conspiracy, at least, I hope not
