Agreed 100%.
if we keep MB and the staff the odds of us going back down are much more remote. In addition with his football style we can attract better talent.
i would break the bank to sign White but that's not likely to happen. He's just too good and can see Lpool or Citeh swooping in with 35-40 million offers. wonder of MB can do the same with someone else in our system or someone else they've been scouting. The Prem is too tough to have a project however.
Please sign and play Meslier. we could be set at Keep for years to come.
Agree with blanco. KJA is likely our striker unless we can figure out some way to offload him
Some financial positives slowly emerging behind the scenes.
Rad's balancing of FFP with Purchase and Sales finance 'hole' is looking better now with promotion. The P&S is a statement that a brokerage gives to a client showing changes made to the client's portfolio. That is, the Purchase & Sales sets forth the securities the client has bought and sold over a given period of time and the effect that has on the client's net positions. Our commercial and retail income last Championship season 2018/19 (even after 15 years out of the top flight) was larger than Brighton's in the cash laden PL please note,so was very healthy and even better now.
Its known interested parties with eager ready 'wet pens' are again 'now holding talks' in the USA corridors of the 49'ers (our 10% owners).
Reports in French media are also stating another American Frank McCourt the former owner of U.S. baseball team L.A. Dodgers now owner of French Ligue 1 soccer club Olympique de Marseille is now trying to sell the club he bought in 2017.But the French FA (FLP) don't want his preferred 'Saudi buyer' nor indeed do their fierce rivals PSG of Paris particularly QSI who may wish to invest elsewhere which could be good news for Leeds now we're up.How much,if,when and where who knows and also McCourt has money to burn and was interested in Newcastle Utd.

At Leeds Radz has played by the rules (which has hamstrung investment) so I’d guess the 2019/20 accounts will show there’s been investment right up to P&S limits as Kinnear has hinted at such a few times publicly. Obviously this would be no problem for big bank rollers whom may wish to buy a share if Rad wants to remain.
Mike Thornton (Twitter, Leeds Utd fanatic & Finance expert lecturer) also recently pointed out that our capital allowance went with the Rad's changes to P&S and that is now essentially the 'punishment' for any forthcoming FFP breach and would require Leeds to secure further funding to compete or sell out which would end the 'family' feel to our club particularly close fan liaison which is now evident behind the scenes.
But we need to compete full stop and need further fund injections or buyout and with a transfer window approaching is it better to appear skint or to be loaded ?
MOT
With you on all the various hoops that Leeds have jumped through, and the "nature" of the club and relationship with the fans.
You ask about appearing skint, or loaded, and at the risk of being accused of "not letting go" or a "dog with a bone", we would be better placed in either scenario if we didn't have a £19m millstone round our neck in the form of a commitment to buy a striker who doesn't strike and who is persistently and regularly injured.
One amusing piece of behaviour by our DoF, lampooning our most recent opponents, does not make up for that (and other) colossal misjudgements.
Agreed on all, and I think we need another Hernandez (I really hope he can do at least a full season in the PL, but is it likely he could do much more?) Shame about White too, would love to see him sign permanently, but I agree that's unlikely to say the least.
There will be the usual callings to resign players we let go, not in favour of it apart from maybe Lewis Cook, am not sure how well he has recovered from injuries, or his latest wage demands.. it's not fully worked out for him at Bournemouth who are likely heading the other way to us..
I think the window is open now and will stay open till the end of September but TBC.
Agree White and a few more would be good.
Angus Kinnear spoke after the Derby game and that seems to suggest they will reinforce but evolution not revolution.
Sounds like we won’t be getting rid of many if any. Harrison further season long loan also confirmed.
For the prem could see us not needing Kiko, Douglas and Berardi.
If White and Meslier then agree we need a striker, another midfielder and maybe a couple of defenders (full back and CB) and probably an experienced keeper assuming Kiko goes.
Ollie Watkins has an 18m release clause so we could do worse than look at him (imho).
Some of the youngsters looked good against Derby - Shacks and Struijk especially.
Will be interesting to see how the likes of McAlmont, Gotts, Bogusz hossanah etc progress as they will know his system well by now and the prem is less physical than the EFL.
Happy days whatever happens
