What hidden agenda is that Islay?

I went to a public consultation meeting at Stirling uni around a year ago 're this legislation.
I think there was around 60 people in groups of 10.
Loads of yap a few exercises and questions and a bit of blarney from a couple of civil servants.
It was everything I thought it would be......everyone is disadvantaged except hetro***ual middle aged males.
If you ever get the chance to go to one I would it confirmed to me how intolerant progressive liberals are of any socially conservative views.
And its the biggest percentage of people I have seen in the same room with purple/green/blue hair.😁
The only way an acquaintance would get anything from me is if THEY were prepared to take a small risk and socialise.
I'm not gonna impose myself on anyone who dosent want to mix.....so my personal freedom has no cost to them.
They don't do flag pole touching and don't shake hands....something I was never keen on anyway.....apart from that nothing I can think of.
Was playing in the senior pairs a week ago with a 77 year old and 80 year old, quite happy to sit down inside and have a shandy and a meal.....maskless.....one had had throat cancer the other "No bad but chesty"......the 77 year old said "we cud spend our last two or three years hiding or take a wee risk"....sensible opinion.
What the NHS has done and still doing is nothing short of neglect imho. The decision makers have a lot to answer for.
I do not understand why GP’s cannot see their patients as dentists are now able to treat their patients.
Pirior to having my Covid-19 test at Kings Cross Hospital I was examined by a GP who discovered that I was suffering from a slight chest infection.
That was over two months ago and we are now supposed to be in Phase 3 of exiting the lockdown.
My wife and I are very concerned that by speaking to a GP over the phone they could be missing something more serious.
People could be in the very early stages of cancer yet it is missed because GP’s can only speak to their patients by phone.
Last night a gym owner in Kirkcaldy was complaining about not getting to reopen despite putting the laid down preventative measure in place. Suddenly today Nicola has changed her tune and decided that swimming pools and gyms can reopen at the end of this month.
In my opinion it is time for the SPFL and the SFA to stand up to to Nicola and demand that fans be allowed to attend football matches throughout Scotland.
The League Cup would an ideal time to let the fans into these games as the attendances are usually very poor as season tickets are not valid for these games.
The discussion is changing. Save our nhs is no longer the mantra. Voices are being raised asking questions about how we are going to pay back the money that has been borrowed. Bosses are speaking up and the politicians will change their tune. That's my opinion. I know others think that there is an agenda for mass control but unemployment figures that go up and up over the coming months will change the agenda. Sturgeon has done such a job in shutting everything down that I think it unlikely that she will be able to avoid the conclusion that she was personally responsible for the collapse of the Scottish wealth creating economy.
I'd like to support Islay's point about local councils being awash with cash. I believe they have collected rates but also collect furlough payments from Westminster. I don't know if this is true and I wonder if there is any source that could confirm this. Have businesses been entitled to rates holidays and what about the coun il tax payments on housing?
