MA yes we are breaking UK law . It's a very serious offence in fact it's been a criminal offence since 2006 It can accrue a £5,000 or a prison sentence for owners or directors In fact an associate of mine for 3months for doing it .So unless we've had special dispensation ( we I would doubt) then Mel is on dodgy ground

According to Sky we've accepted £15million for both Lowe past his medical and got a four year deal . We've mugged Sheff U off .Neither can defend ,unless Wilder plays them as wing backs . Bogle of two years ago yes but not the hesitant nervous player he is now Lowe ok going forward as ever improved not convinced he has Great deal for us

Amazing deal for us, Wilder must be on drugs.

But don't you think that's where a good manager comes in, Bogle's assists from 2 seasons ago can be built upon. Wilder plays 3 at the back and a confident Bogle could do well there. Lowe, I'm not so sure about.

This delay might lead to further charges from the EFL or from the CPS for the late presentation of te accounts.

I believe FFP will not run this way but the two covid years 19-20 and 20-21 will be consolidated and so FFP will have an effective 4 year span in the interim. Not sure if this improves things or not 🤔

The late filing penalty at CH is probably still 100 quid but might get to 750? Mista example is at the extreme edge

Your right GP, plenty of examples of late filing of accounts don't get any penalty. I'd say that in the current Covid-19 pandemic there will be plenty of leeway, indeed its entirely possible that due to the lockdown the recording is rather delayed?

Ram You may well be right a different manager can make a big difference and Wilder is an excellent manager But the odd times weve played him at wing back he's not looked confident . Considering we signed him as a winger in the first place ,his crossing is very erratic ,it's a shame we have to sell but in the financial uncertainty around the club I think it's a great deal Obviously leaves us was at full back but that be rectified with loans
