Ismael and Chris Morgan look like ugly identical twins, especially when striking the "hard man" pose for the camera.
Have they a mutant gene in common that generates a desire to play hoofball ?

We were poor but Florist were woeful....
Sibbick was taken off because the only joy they were having was when they came up against him, we looked more solid when Solly came on.
Morris seems to offer Braun but did relatively nothing when he came on which was more than Vic offered!
However both offered more than Chaplin who was just crap! Mowatt was MOM for me closely followed by Mads, but they didn’t have to do much to be above the rest.
Certain penalty not seen by ref and the only decent chance they had was when Knockart got through to a 1 on 1 with Collins but rather than shoot passed it to Grabban who was 2 yards offside, made laugh out loud that one.
I’d suggest that one player who will be gone before the end of the week may not be Woodrow or Mowatt..... but Anderson. Yes he makes mistakes, but he’s “a doer upper “ as they say. The likes of Brentford, Norwich and a few others will see him as a project worth spending on.
I’d like to see us just playing HOW WE PLAY. Forget how the opposition play. We seem to be more worried about combatting the opposition, rather than making them combatting us!
Us first away clean sheet since Boer War
Exactly , we've got some good young talented players here and this hoof ball is doing them a disservice in my opinion .
I'll keep my powder dry for now with regards to Val because to be fair he's got us the desired results but he won't be getting away with this next season and fans back inside Oakwell .
Hoofball isn't what we are and it's never been so .
Even in the mid 70's and the fourth division we played football .
It’s annoying to see them getting involved In the head tennis sh1te instead of using the chest n getting it down n popping it abart for a bit I don’t know if it’s from VI or just players panicking abit, hope it’s the latter, we showed how we can construct some purposeful football in the Norwich game I thought we may have found a new gear after watching that. The playing the opposition argument is rhubarb the sheepish lot were there for the taking the other night n it sounds like sc@bs were today still if that’s all we’ve got t moan abart at this stage life could be worse, you could be a Wednesdaysh1te!
Im not too disappointed because we've lost to some of the best teams recently. And in the two games this week we've gained a point each time in what are normally bad fixtures for us.
I really am still trying to look at the positives, even though Val is also frustrating the heck out of me with his constant chopping and changing, and his liking for giving it the hoooff!. :O
I totally understand the need to play hoof ball when both teams are compressed.....but doing it every play is far far too Predictable. What we need to do is play the quick pass foot.....with our front line not been the tallest it needs to be to feet turn the big defensive back fast and get behind them. Play to our players Strengths.
