I wish big Tony would come on here & tell us what's happening cos I'm seek speculating. One thing that pleases me was an internal interview a few months ago, was it with Sir Sean, where he came over as a lot more humble than I expected, no Billy Bigbaws at all. So Tony, can you please confirm that this is an aspect of your character that would make we supporters less suspicious that you are on the charge to be numero uno honcho at Ibroxo.

It could explain Mickey's demeanour in the last few weeks. And why there's now a parting of the ways. I've had one or two bosses myself who knew less than I did but want to control how you get success and it's not pleasant when you can't agree. You end up playing their tune but they always blame you if it doesn't get the results they'd hoped for.
