I said many years ago that transfer revenues should be hypothocated...OK reserved...;) so that 50% was allocated to the first team squad and 50% to the academy and had that been the case we could still have a decent squad but unfortunately it was Dario that said we only exist because of the academy and why almost all of the transfer income went there and not the first team as he thought one woulld look after the other...I think I read that 20m pounds has come through the books with less that about 10% of that spent on incoming players...With the greatest respect to DG and the then Chairman that was nonsense and actually allowed someone to take some of that money for their own failed businesses..Quote:

Correct Mike, leaving there is definitely on the horizon. I believe that our lease terms are very favourable towards us but Reaseheath College have said there is no chance of us extending it. They need the land for themselves. What cost for a relocation?
