gru, my lottery is on too.
I have to ask you a straight question. What do you mean whenever you mention any black player that played for us they were 'fair weather'
players. Are you insinuating that black players don't try as hard when it's colder weather? It's not the first time you have used this terminology in relation to black players. Come on out with it and be honest about it.
A few home games back he was the only player on either team in the starting line-up wearing gloves.
Maybe he is a bit nesh?
EDIT: It was V Bristol City

Wrinkly/Kent, Nothing wrong what I've asked so stop stirring it fellas. Again I've said it's the second time he's used that phrase and ONLY when black players were involved. He was pulled up on it last time but again he continues using it, why? Being a mod bears nothing why I've asked this question. If I weren't a mod would it have made any difference?
It is not an implication, I am merely asking why he uses that term and for a certain type of player. He doesn't use it when Barlaser/Lindsay/Ratbone aren't delivering.
I think we'd have seen the best of BNC if we'd gone to a back four and used him as an out and out wide player because he's not a wing back.
In my opinion he would have been far more effective in that position than Chieo ever has been or ever will be. Simple reason, BNC is quicker and knows how to cross the ball.
Good luck to him in his future career.
