Depends what you mean by we. We as in Notts County were in a playoff final just a few years ago. We, as in fans, that’s been decades.

I booked 4 tickets for £135 return a week ago.
Just checked the prices now and nothing less than £360.

Exactly.

Although it doesn't effect me anywhere near as much as most, as a former cub scout it's best to 'be prepared' especially if planning makes the trip more affordable to some.

We're driving down, picking Dad up in Nottingham then driving back after. What's the parking like around Wembley please?

It's not great but there are a lot of people who rent their drive for a match. I did it a few years ago and found one a short walk away. I think it was through parkonmydrive.com

That's certainly a good option worth exploring I used it for a game at Stamford bridge earlier this season and it worked well

You've just got to be prepared for a short trek to save cash.

I would suggest the arrogance aroma is usually to be found in West Bridgford.

So, when "there's a strike", does that mean the trains are not running at all? Or, does the trainline's front office put on their work clothes, and start operating on a limited schedule.
