Think some people need to get a grip. The players have an absolute right to negotiate their offers and if they’re using other clubs offers to do this then good for them. It’s a short career and these guys aren’t earning massive sums so they need to get everything they can, they earnt that right last season.

Well said. It's only the 6th June and it's just over three weeks since the Wembley final victory, although it seems a lot longer than that. The players need to have this time to rest and relax after what was an amazing season but physically and mentally it would have taken a lot out of them. Let's be patient.Quote:

The good thing for us is the trio know what this club is and is about, and they know the players we already have on board.
Pre-Season training doesn't start for another four weeks or so either. I'm philosophical about it all because I trust the radar whatever happens.
