If you are using a laptop/PC then select the 3rd icon from the right (Insert image) at the top of this box where you type this message and then upload it from your laptop/PC. I don't think you can do it on a phone.

You should be able to show website in desktop mode on your phone browser, which then allows you have same features. Like when you need to edit a post without it being deleted.

I thought that too but don't know if its my phone (Samsung) or my inability to see or just an age thing but having looked all over the place and tried every link available to me I can no longer see the footer where it used to say 'view in desktop mode'.
