I never get managers who change things too quick, like Pearson at derby, its only the same as work environments, if you take over you want to put your own stamp on it but provided it's not totally broken you take your time.Quote:

Would they go? Especially if we continue to improve, it's not beyond the realms of possibility we could swoop places right now.
To add, the only way they will go is if the players push because due to the EFL shackles we won't be able to reinvest any money we get anyway. Not until the summer anyway.
From 5th to 18th in 5 games. That's some decline. If we keep on with this good form and the Bluenoses keep plummeting, I really can't see Bird and Cashin wanting to go there.
How come? Clowes has already said that funds would be available in January, so if a couple of outgoings bring more funds in, surely we can use some of that to re-invest?Quote:
