WBA53 match thread

Good play from Diangana and moments of stupidity from QPR. Must admit to being a bit nervous with BTA taking it but a superb penalty. Need to take full advantage now and grab more goals to help confidence and GD and need to put this properly to bed. COYB!

I think Chalobah has finally arrived. Superb play. great goal.

Chalobah so much improved over recent games. Pleased for Diangana too

Please no more injuries. Its a miracle we are 5th at this stage of the season. Can't complain about anything this season so far considering everything.

Blow the whistle ref and my 2-0 will be safe!

It should have been three nil, definite penalty denied us after the Colback foul. Anyway, two nil suits me just fine!

Great to win but we have to accept that until we got the penalty and they went down to ten men we didn’t look like scoring. I’m not complaining, just being realistic. We still are far too pedestrian, lack creativity and poor in front of goal. Anyway, we need to keep in touch until we can get our injured players back. If we can do that we could be OK.

They actually executed a good game plan and didn’t give us an inch. Diangana forced the mistake and it’s job done. Proud of the lads.
