I Don't think the club needs to be in Premier league to attract super rich investors.
There's Chansiri at Wednesday, or the Bournemouth owners, I'm sure they took over before they were in the big time.
Obviously these people there for the bug bucks,but nothing is guaranteed in football.
It is possible for a smaller club like Rotherham to do it without huge investment, but it's very unlikely.

Re the OP.... Success at any cost? No, that would be the final straw for me. I feel thoroughly disillusioned with football as it is. Foreign ownership backed by dirty money would be a long term disaster for us.
