Middlesbrough Post Match Thoughts

Well earned point against a side that beat Chelsea last week.
Morrison and Viktor were immense. Hugill had a better game than recent form has shown and he did brillianty for the goal.
Kioso added some balance and forward threat.
Even Darren Bond had a decent game.

If we got beat yesterday this thread would be full of negative comments.
A very good result and hardly anything.
Last week was horrendous and I criticised. This week so much better.
I would question some posters intentions on here.

Some people on Twitter and fb still find sommat to moan about.
Boro biased commentary on their free dodgy stick streams.
The weather.
Tony not paid for Phil Foden.
3 strikers on the bench.
Why is Sean Morrison good now.
Hugill should have put a 20 yarder into the postage stamp (see gru’s earlier post.)
We are selling Viktor.
Why haven’t we sold Viktor.

I honestly think that we could win 5-0 and someone would still complain that it should’ve been 6.

At least we haven’t swapped laughing at dead children and started with monkey actions like the Wednesday lot.

Don’t do F/B or Twitter, bad enough on here at times .

Well Morrison is proving me wrong I thought his legs had gone and wasn’t impressed with offering him a new contract.
We look well drilled under LR and it’s the most comfortable I’ve been at an away game yesterday for a long time.
A bit more composure and we would have won.
Clucas is a real lynchpin in the midfield and looks quality.
Hugill a lot better and he was a constant pain for them.
If we keep competing better then what will be will be this season.
I’m not sure about incoming players been a priority in terms of numbers. Yes we need some but more interested in the right ones than just bench fillers.
