Harris had one title in her current role in this administration. She was “border czar”. We have 20,000,000+ illegal aliens that have come in during her one single job. None of the are vetted, tested for illness, pledged loyalty to our country or have any proof they can work or function in society. They are the dregs of the world. Based on that performance alone she is more unfit to serve in any goverment position based on that job performance than just about any politician in the US.
You should go ahead and vote for her. Several of our states have no requirements for proof of citizenship, identity, residency or even if you are living. They will be happy to mail you a ballot and allow you to vote. It’s a real testament to the integrity of our elections in this country

I'm not a US citizen, so I can't vote for either (I suspect that the frailty, in terms of identifying and validating "legal" voters, you describe has existed for some time, under a variety of administrations), but my hope is that Harris wins despite her flaws and shortcomings, which we all have, or one extent or another. The alternative is simply too terrible to countenance, and not just for citizens of the United States of America.
Actually, I know quite a lot about elections. I’m a precinct chairman. I sign a document under penalty of law to follow the election laws in my state. I also disqualify a fair amount of ballots each election for not meeting voting requirements Of course they go to a judge who just overrules the disqualification even though the documentation spells out why they failed
Are you an election official? Do you understand the reason for rules? Does the UK require people to register to vote and have a government ID? Can you think of any reason the USA would not expect this minimum level of security?

We do at least agree on a couple of things, Trump is a vile human being, and the governmental head of state (we have a monarchy, so our head of state is purely ceremonial, the Prime Minister is as close as we will ever get to your office of President) isn't expected to be ANYBODYS "friend". You may not think that Harris can offer what you seek from your leader, you can be damned certain that Trump isn't even close to thinking of "all Americans", only those who vote for him, or support him in other ways (Like the aforementioned Laura, or the NRA, or the various conspiracy theorists gathered under the QAnon banner). His rhetoric regarding those who oppose him leaves little to be uncertain about in that respect.
