Assuming the Bros aren't going to kneejerk and get rid of SM, maybe this is a model that could work - but no idea who they'd be able to bring in. Sometime who doesn't want a full time return to management but would be happy taking SM under his wing?
IB did have the coaching and tactical ideas, I just don't think he could motivate. Derry could motivate but didn't really have the tactical nous...Quote:
