The delay is now more than unfortunate. Even if someone comes in tomorrow they will have little time to get to know the playing staff and see them train. The new appointee will have to rely on stats (ffs don?t get me started) and conversations with the other coaching staff at least two of which are MW?s men. Suddenly the Grimsby game?s gone and we?re (probably) no better off. Is it just me?
I am suprised that the owners did not have somebody already lined up before giving Williamson the chop,I am presuming that there is a caretaker currently in charge,the owners seem to be taking things rather leisurely if you ask me,they are either cool as cucumbers or do not grasp the situation that they are in?

Its got to be sorted out this week because the longer it takes to get someone in the harder the job becomes especially if Carlisle have a loss on Saturday,I suppose candidates are only being offered a contract to the end of the season and it does not look good if you have relegated on your CV
