As I have said before, i dont see the point in replacing SE at the moment. This season hasnt gone well, thats clear to see. However, given the set-up we have, I dont think we can attract anyone to the club who is any better. I dont want to see the likes of Richard Wood or Matt Hamshaw - theyve done nothing to suggest they will do well.Quote:

You make a valid point about finding someone better, it is how a person looks at a problem. For me it is how much worse will SE make it before TS has seen enough, it is easier to get a manager in May and them have a full summer than it is in November. I am not saying I know who should come in to replace SE, but we have so called professionals at the club to sort that out.Quote:
