The badge is a 3 month course and I believe you can be employed regardless?
One of the roles MH said he was looking to fill was a link between the (so-called) academy and the first team squad.
Maybe that's a possible option for Woody?

Dale Tonge has been mentioned. He has a pro licence and has been chief coach at P'boro for 3 years, so more qualified and experienced than Woody.
Woody has more experience of playing success (cups and promotions) than Tonge.
Joe Skarz was moved to fitness coach by Evans but I suppose MH might choose to move him back to the academy and bring in someone more qualified on the fitness side.Quote:
