We will not get a decision tomorrow unless the judge throws the case out.Its a civil case and the judge at the initial hearing normally tries to get the two parties to settle out of court.
In this case that's unlikely to happen unless Fudger is told she is on a hiding to nothing,should the case proceed to a full hearing its time for John Nelms to get his suit pressed.
Today is the day. I am hoping at least promotion can proceed and fixtures released

Seems right to me what our QC is arguing. Then maybe I am biased.
