an intersting discussion with lots of decent points for and against,

makes little or no diference if the referee refuses to use them laws or ignores the ( norm),

as seen with Flores, Webb would argue that Carroll as the aggressor was in the wrong and therefore got sent off, whereas Cheato floored again Flores, only used his right to exclaim his personal plight,
do we have a statute in place for such behaviour?
if so why wasn't it used!
