No, it isn't rubbish but I am not sure it is possible. We think this season was tough...
We won't have fees for players, it is ours, frees and loans. Will Vale release Joe...no. Fee will be A?50k plus appearances and sell-on. It ain't CAFC.
We have 3 GOOD centre backs in Ellis, Davis and Duggy. Ray is cover but loan him out I say. However, it'll be Ellis that goes, Harry and Duggy starting and Ray on more. A tough season ahead...

I feel we need to sign/have 2 dominant CH headers of the ball. Duggy can when motivated by big games, doesn't at other times - needs to and can from this though. Ellis is the one that does BUT he too has had an inconsistent season.
Joe, Harry, Duggy and Ray will be far too short.

Back on topic, Ellis will probably not sign a contract, as it stands. Hes a defender who can do a job at this level, not top half of the table defender but can do a job. If we let him go, we best replace him with someone better, otherwise there was NO point.
