sorry howdydoo i thought this was a football forum for people to post their own opinions and I accept some may not agree with them that is life.

But seriously without getting into a slanging match,. All I want like you is our club to be successful and for us to continue punching above our weight attendance and budget wise.
But to do that we have to a coaching staff that can evolve tactics and also to realise we may have to stretch the budget a bit better.
Last season i criticised Evans and his tactics but i have to admit last season thankfully he got us to a position where we stayed up with a game to spare well done.
But to continue he has to evolve and change his tactics from possession losing hoof ball otherwise we will go down so we have to have a plan B halford has said on twitter we don't have a plan B

Nah, people like you have to realise that Evans doesn't work on an even playing field. He chops and changes more than we'd all like but that's basically all he can do with the budget he has.

He has a scattergun approach that is based on high turnover of personnel and short term high performance from average footballers (for this level). Basically he knackers them out and moves on to the next one. This current bunch look shyte as it stands but that's what you get on our budget.

Give him the £20m that's seems an average budget, in this league and he'll compete at this level but don't expect him to win the British Grand Prix in a Fiat 500.

He'll give it a go and we'll field 40+ players this season, so who knows how the peaks and troughs will go but basically no formation or tactic will make this club look like world beaters in this league. Guardiola or Mourinho couldn't do it.

If he wants to make himself look like a thick nutcase then why should we worry? Not as though he's a flag bearer for Rotherham is it?......oh
